Often a collection of fat around the middle has more to do with diet than V-sits as suggested above. The workout routine on this page will give you a good place to start, but the diet is the real key.</description>

		<description>i think it is waste of time....yes you do get some good tips. but the fact is you have to do many exercises. there are 6-7 exercises for chest. incline, decline, bench press, flying, pull overs etc. if you dont do them all. you can not have the perfect shape.i would suggest to explore a little more.</description>

		<description>@hassan, i dont know what diet you are taking. lower stomach grows bigger because of fat and too much of sex. not all people knows abt this. i would recommend to continue your diet and do v-sits daily. 4 sets of 20-30 reps. i think it should be sufficient.</description>
