A was reading this, but the moment I read "creatine" I realized the author of this article as.... not very credible.

Creatine has never been able to show any advantages in any of its clinical trials over a normal protein-based diet. In fact, not only is there a lack of evidence saying it does anything good, but there is also evidence to suggest it is harmful (although far from conclusive).

Furthermore, the author suggests taking artificial supplements. PLEASE DON'T DO THAT. Do it all natural. Your body will only absorb about 20% of a vitamin pills contents--not nearly a "daily value" like this article claims. Get it naturally from fruits/veggies, and if those aren't available get them from liquids (as they absorb better).

That's as far as I read into the article to realize it was a bunch of BS. Here is a the real way that the average Joe can get a 6pack:

1. Watch what you eat. Make sure you get what you body needs and NOTHING more. (this includes vitamins, protein, etc)
2. Go for a run twice a day (morning/night). Each time run a little farther/faster (a stopwatch works miracles).
3. Do a 20min high-intensity ab workout twice a day (morning, night).

I guarantee you do that for a month and you'll have a 6pack (unless of course your obese, then it WILL take longer). Once you have your 6pack you can drop #2 and maintain it using #1 and #3.

Getting six pack is really a hard work.. You should exercise daily and have some fat burning foods. I started exercising 2 months ago and now I have built a wonderful six pack abs. I did lots of crunches and leg raising.. Had some good supplements for muscle building..

The only way to get six pack abs in hard work and exercise...

Best of luck!!

Great list here, you mentioned a lot about the essentials to getting a six pack and many of the things that people often over-look.

One of the best exercises that you forgot to mention to get six pack abs is using kettlebells in your workouts. The kettlebell is one of the most effective "tools" in the gym and by choosing to ignore it, people are missing out on a critical aspect of getting the ripped abs that they want.

By implementing kettlebell swings into their workouts 2-3 times a week the body is being used in different ways than it is used to and it burns fat in a different manner than traditional workouts do. It will strengthen the whole core and not just a small portion of it like what happens with concentrated ab exercises. I'm not saying the concentrated ab exercises are bad, but by engaging the whole core at once you will save time and work out just as much of the core with 1 exercise as you would with 5-10 exercises.

I hope this helps!
