		<description>To Whom in may concern,

I have lost 100 lbs over the past year and 1/2, but right now I am finding it very difficult to drop anymore weight.  I am 6'7" 265.  I am gaining muscle and have lost weight, but I am really starting to platue.  I know that this is the wrong approach, but I find myself loosing more weight when I just don't feel like eating.  

I was wondering if you had a diet and exercise program to lean the body down.  I have alot of loose skin and fat still on my mid section, armpits and between my legs.  My arms, chest and legs have really toned up, but the rest of me is still just not shrinking down.
