hello basilis, use drop set as a last set of exercise. perform one or two drop sets in a given workout and only once or twice a week.
twenty ones work every part of the muscle rather than just one muscle

Hello, i realy liked your article, it realy raps up all the techiques. I'd like to ask you something on what you wrote.

I've heard that drop sets is a very good technique but it should be done rarely ( once every three trainings or once a month ). If you know, i'd like to know if that is true. And if anything like that is true for the other techniques as well. How often should these techniques be done

Also can twenty ones be done for chest.( Of course it can be done but is it recommended as good exercise )

( i'll check the site again but if possible e-mail your answer )

I liked your article, thanks a lot! What training routine should I stick to if I do not really want to build muscle mass but want to make my existing muscles firmer?
