These body building diets help you to attain good muscle with perfect body.
6 Meal diet plan:
Meal 1: 1/2 banana, 1 orange, 1 sweet potato, 4 oz. oatmeal, 5 oz. chicken, 8 oz. pineapple juice with metabolic optimizer.
Meal 2: 1 apple, 1 box raisins, 1 ear corn, 1 bagel, 2 boiled eggs, 8 oz. orange juice with metabolic optimizer.
Meal 3: 4 oz. beef, 4 oz. brown rice, 3 oz. baked beans, 1 kiwi, 1 /2 cup brown rice, 10 oz. pineapple juice with metabolic optimizer.
Meal 4: 5 oz. wheat spaghetti with 3 oz. beef, 1 baked potato, 1 cup broccoli, 1 kiwi, 1 slice pineapple, and 8 oz. mineral water with metabolic optimizer.
Meal 5: 1 apple, 1 box raisins, 1 ear corn, 1 bagel, 2 boiled eggs, 8 oz. orange juice with metabolic optimizer.
Meal 6: 6 oz. lean beef, 1 orange, 1 banana, 3 oz. brown rice, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 8 oz. mineral water with metabolic optimizer.
Vince Gironda’s “hormone precursor diet” for muscle build-up:
This diet is recommended for four to six weeks.
- Vince’s special protein drink made of 12 oz half and half
- 12 raw eggs, 1/3 cup milk-and-egg protein powder, 1 banana (Make one to three mixtures of this formula and drink throughout the day, between meals, and before retiring)
Supplements for breakfast:
- 1 multi-vitamin tablet
- 3 vitamin A and D tablets or 3 halibut oil capsules
- 1 vitamin B complex

High-carb diet for bodybuilders:
Break fast: 2 eggs, 1 toast, cereal consisting of: 2 tablespoons wheat germ, 5 tablespoons bran, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon raisins and 1 cup whole raw milk
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, 1 cup yogurt from whole raw milk and 1 apple or pear
Supper: 2 poached eggs, 1 piece dry toast and a huge salad
Evening Meal: 1 cup whole raw milk mixed with 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon Fyblend fiber, 1/2 grain saccharin, 1/2 teaspoon decaffeinated coffee.
