		<description>yea 3 days a week. that still gives you 4 days of the week for rest or cardio. You would only need more than 1 or 2 days rest in between your wieght training if your going to pull heavy loads and plan on looking like mr universe i.e gaining so much mass day to day activies become chores. four days rest is plenty.ofcourse increasing the wight periodically to insure progression, shocking secret if u decrease your dumbell wieght and increase your reps you'll increase the muscle density and subsequently increase over all strength and physique.</description>
