		<description>Great post for beginners yes but I disagree about hitting the supplements straight away. A good diet should include protein supplements as these will make the diet a whole lot easier to handle.</description>

		<description>I think this is a great blog for beginners trying to get into bodybuilding.  The key is to make sure you understand how to properly do every single movement in the gym without putting yourself at risk for injury and then slowly move up to heavier weights and supplementation.</description>

		<description>This is a good post for beginners, I agree mainly with most of these, Diet is a key for beginners if they want to get the best out of the gym, then they need to make sure diet is on point, and also, to take things very slowly when starting out, as if you rush, you might injure yourself, and that wont be good! The more progressive work thats done on a weekly basis, with proper form as well, then a beginner will be on his way to higher levels of fitness!</description>
