You do fail to mention that Yoga itself can be a form of preventative maintenance against diseases and illness, I personally do not believe that our makeup alone will determine if we will get cancer or diabetes, we all have "cancerous" cells or can fall victim to diabetes, it are the choices in life we make ie exercise and diet that will determine whether or not those diseases that are in our makeup will be exposed.

Bikram Yoga is a great way to prevent illness and disease.</description>
