I won&#039;t go so far as to say that there is anything strictly wrong on here, but there are foods that I wouldn&#039;t eat nor consider healthy for regular consumption.  Bananas and berries are high glycemic carbs and should be eaten very conservatively or only if you are a very active person.  I avoid oats and cereals as they are relatively unnatural to eat. I think one could replace the yogurt with some probiotic greens, take a good fish oil supplement and eat a lot of veggies and clean meats and live to be 100...</description>

Thanks, I paid special attention to tomatoes because I recently found out that they are a superfood, in other words a food that will exponentially advance your vitamin intake.  The lycopene in tomatoes offers many minerals and vitamins.  Also, berries offer high amounts of folate and fiber. Simply by adding tomatoes or berries to your meal, you can increase the nutrition in your diet, but remember, these superfoods are NOT the only thing needed for healthy lifestyle.  Instead they are a great jumping board to a new healthy beginning.</description>
