		<description>I did a 13 day Master Cleanse and LOVED it! I had never done a cleanse and was not sure i could do it. I am a yogi and eat very well, but at 47 was feeling a little sluggish and chunky. After meeting three people in different circles that had done it, I thought I&#039;d give it a go! The book was super informative and covered all the bases. I personally felt good to fantastic the whole 13 days, in fact i was energized! I lost some inches, my skin looks great, and I feel amazing! Since then, my son, two friends and their son have started it and love it! This book is definitely a must if you&#039;re ready to let go of some old stuff!</description>
