		<description>Well said. As someone whom lift weights on a regular basis, I can vouch that this is all stellar information here. You have to eat well, but you have to eat smart. Oranges are big part of my daily diet. I eat at least 1 - 2 a day, not just drinking orange just, but the pulp and everything. Very good for you and Ginger of course too. Thanks so much for this contribution!</description>
