Saturated fats are really bad for you health I am a dietician and have been studying vitamins and minerals for over 7 years now, if you check health food labels, they should all tell you just how much saturated fat there is, and if you did any research you&#039;d learn that it isn&#039;t just a little misunderstanding and this article is in fact very correct. As for your diet congratulations for losing the amount of weight that you have. but I&#039;m very sure you did more then add coconut oil and butter to your diet.
