		<description>Saturated fat is the not the enemy.  Trans fats were used in studies and mislabeled as saturated fat, and were in fact, the ones who caused cancer and all these health problems you speak of.  A good reference for all of this is "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon, and "The Body Ecology Diet" by Sally Fallon.  Websites such as: www.bodyecology.com and www.westonaprice.org and even www.mercola.com give info into this subject.  Coconut oil and butter are actually very good for you and provide antifungal agents along with anti-carcinogen agents.  And I have lost and kept off 15 lbs so far by adding them into my diet.</description>
