		<description>Eggs are not as bad for you as they used to believe.  Eggs are an entire meal, healthy and good for you.  You would have to have a dozen eggs a day to do yourself any harm.  Even health authorities now agree that 4 - 6 eggs a week are good for you and will do no harm.  The so called high cholesteral reading has been proved to be a mathematical error years ago and it is now all good.</description>

		<description>Great article!  Egg whites are awesome and this highlights some of the reasons why.  I would like to point out that while all of the cholesterol is in the egg yolk that is also where essential fatty acids can be found such as the much need Omega 3&#039;s.  Many say that organic eggs are better for this. Others say it doesn&#039;t matter.  Either way eggs are great and don&#039;t completely rule out using yolk. If you&#039;re having a lot of eggs then do more with egg whites.</description>
