		<description>I have a child one and a half years old, and I know it is really hard to avoid your child to take from stores all kinf of fast foods. My child loves chips but I will take your recommendation and be prepared into the car with some peanut butter and healthy fast food. I have healthy food at home but sometimes I forget to bring it with me when I travel with my child.</description>

When a toddler says she wants that, you must be responsible on you action and consistent as well. Eating just one fast food meal can pack enough calories, sodium and fat for an entire day, but the quick-and-cheap temptation can be hard to resist.</description>

		<description>As early as possible, teach the children to eat nutritious food so as they grow they know what food will make them healthy and strong. Don&#039;t spoil them by giving them junkfoods and other unhealthy snacks because they will suffer from this in the future.</description>
