The main problem with most of the diets that people think of as healthy today is that most of them are concentrated on losing weight more than being healthy. You can still have a steak every now and then; you just have to make sure you don’t eat fatty foods more than every so often. One nice piece of steak once a week will never cause any problems for you down the road.
Water is the most important thing
Sometimes what you are eating is not even the big change that you could make to your life to gain better health. Drinking water instead of soda and coffee is probably the best answer to the question of what is a good diet because water is really the only liquid you should be putting into your body. Even milk should be avoided most of the time because dairy is not a main part of a healthy diet.
