		<description>I also tried to use running to get fit, but I just found it too hard. It was really boring for me, so in the end I took up Zumba. It&#039;s much more fun and it&#039;s great to actually enjoy exercise. I&#039;ve also tried some of the Zumba DVD&#039;s which are good if you don&#039;t have access to a local zumba class.</description>

		<description>Running can be a very powerful cardiovascular workout.  Houwever, if your joints can&#039;t handle the pounding of running I would recommend Zumba.  Really it doesn&#039;t matter what form of cardiovascular training you are doing as long as your heart rate is up.</description>
