Just like to add that a lot of people typically train one or two muscles of the whole abdominal group, with either a basic crunch or maybe a crunch with an oblique twist! To promote strong stability the most important of the core muscles is the transverse abdominals, these surround your trunk. They stabilize the lumbar region of the back and the pelvis during movement.

I&#039;m new to the site but will be returning.
