I am a freerunner and i have good conditional. i normally eat every 4 hour. i have a six pack even i dont do sit ups. i want to gain more muscle mass. I used tons of food and not gain weight so easily. however, i recently turned vegan and it is really hard to gain weight now. in fact, once i started swimming almost every day and keeping my diet animal product-free i have lost around 5 pounds in a couple of weeks. yikes! it is really hard to get enough protein. how do you recommend i gain some more muscle mass?

		<description>&#039;muscle juice 2544&#039;--add 2 cups of 2% milk. easy 1200 calories. (i usually drink em after my workout) 
i also take &#039;amino acid&#039; just before i head to bed. take 2 tablespoons and gives the body 24 grams of protein.
the most important thing to remember is to eat every 2-3 hrs. (small meals of 5-6 a day) im on a 4k calorie diet, means i eat 600-700 every meal. (hmmmm)
after said and done, drink water to help speed up your digusition for your next meal. 
being a ectomorhp really not a big deal if u love your food. if u smoke or drink coffee, it messes up your appiete. u want to relax and not speed up your heart-rate (faster metabolism) 
last advice, lift heavy. the last rep of 8 should take everything u got. should go for 3 sets. start your workout from where u need most to work on then work last with what your happy with. i work out with my brother and know were like the bash brothers.
just a rule of thumb to those who want to gain muscle.
