		<description>It is pretty simple, eat delicious, well prepared but nutritionally beneficial food! I think it&#039;s especially hard to get fat if one is eating vegetables and fruits most of the time. It would also be a good idea to get started while young, parents should encourage (or even restrict) their kids to eating a balanced diet.</description>
