Back stretch exercise 1:
Initially, try to lie on your back by bending your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor. Now place your hands at the back of your thighs and try to pull your legs towards your chest portion.
Try to pull them gently until you feel the stretch. Now hold in this position for 15 seconds and return to the initial position. Repeat the same procedure for 10 more times to get better results.
Back stretch exercise 2:
Try to lie on your stomach and support yourself on your elbows by gently extending your back. Now start stretching your elbows in order to further extend your back.
Continue this stretching until you feel a gentle stretch. Now hold this position for 15 seconds and slowly return to initial position. Repeat it for 10 more stretches.
Back stretch exercise 3:
Lie on your back by bending your knees with your feet flat on the floor. Now slowly push a small portion of your back down and into the floor by keeping your lower abdominal muscles tight. Hold this position for a count of 10 and slowly return to initial position.
Back stretch exercise 4:
Sit in a chair and keep your feet flat on the floor. Now bend your neck, upper and lower back forward till your chest reaches your thighs, so that you can touch the ground with your hands. Now count for 10 and return to initial position slowly and repeat the same process till you feel tired.
