		<description>This is great advice!  I think people need this type of education in training whether at home or in the gym.  Strength training doesn&#039;t have to be (and shouldn&#039;t be) split up by body part.  It is best to design exercises on movements.

Another tip is to look at how the body functions daily and mimicking those movements in you workout.  Like squatting to pick up a dumbbell (http://www.thenewfit.net) or lunging to a bicep curl as the article says.  These movements use multiple muscle groups and also train the body to move efficiently!
