		<description>Yes, there are a lot of mistakes to be avoided when doing fitness exercise workouts. This is simply because if you overdo any of your workouts, you`ll probably end up injuring your body which can be very painful and critical to your fitness. 

Therefore, my advice is that one should be very careful when doing a fitness workout. If you feel any pain in your body during a fitness workout program, STOP immediately and discontinue the exercise or do not overdo it.</description>
