		<description>I have had so much sitting around as weak from foot and knee on left ,had foot fused and kneee replace,now legs so weak,how can i build them up,am going to try swimming with weights and already doing pilates and bickcycling  but seems nothing helps me ,am dizzy when i stand as weak,any advice willl help me,are there some supplments that can speeed me up?</description>
