		<description>I need to do some leg exercise to strengthen my legs due to nueropothy. I wss ill for awhile and was in bed for two months it seems like overnight I was not able to walk anymore without the assistance of a walker. I am not able to stand up without holding on to something only for a few seconds and I really mean few, I dont know what else I should try or do..please help I feel like if I dont do anything right now I will be like this forever and I am to young to be like this forever I&#039;m only 30. Please any suggestions on exercises for someone who cannot stand or do any exercises while standing...help please..thx</description>
