Brooklyn Decker has a really busy life. She is known as a popular model and she also added acting to her resume.
She agrees that it is difficult to juggle with these two careers which both require her to work out. In order to keep up with her routines, she found a secret: making them more fun.
The fitness trainers also agree with her. When women find something that they like and that motivates them, they are more likely to stick with it and achieve the desired results. The celebrity shared her secrets with the rest of the world.

Dancing
When you feel like there is nothing that could make you get moving, play some songs that you like that are energetic. She usually does this. As a result she starts moving, even if she is just fooling around, shaking her booty and running in place. Sometimes she watches some music videos of great dancers such as Beyonce and she tries to copy their choreography. Maybe this sounds foolish to you, but dancing really gets your body moving and it is better than running on the treadmill or using a stationary bike.
Getting lost
Although she does a lot of travelling, no matter where she is, she tries to do some jogging three times per week. She usually runs for 3-4 miles and she turns the activity into sightseeing. One of the things that she really enjoys is to go to new cities without a map.
For instance she once went running in Paris. She saw a statue from the distance and she ran towards it. Then she used her phone’s GPS to get back to her starting point.
Paddle
Some of the sports need actual knowledge and skill. Still there is one that is considered to be very easy to learn. This is why whenever she is around water she rents a kayak. It is a great workout for the upper body and it is also a great cardio routine. Another advantage is that you get to see sights that you can’t possibly see from the gym.
As you can see you don’t have to spend hours between the four walls of a gym. There are plenty of things to do in the world that offer great experiences and make it possible for you to work out in the same time. You just have to get out there and try to have fun.
