		<description>I think sweating a lot during a workout is a good thing. It makes me feel accomplished and I feel like I had a better workout. However, I agree that climate does also contribute to the amount of sweat you produce.</description>

		<description>I work out two and half hour a day , One and half hour cardio , Half hour weight training and half hour floor exercise , but loosing  very less weight. I am 110 KG and 39 years old .
Waht may be the reason  of not loosing  weight .</description>
