Why does it look like the stars give birth and they are right back in shape? Well, although this looks quite easy from the outside, the truth is that it takes a lot of work, and all of them have their little secrets that they don’t mind sharing from time to time.
After she gave birth she has been doing some intense resistance workouts. She also claims that she got her body back with the help of healthy nutrition, eating a lot of fresh vegetables, meat, a bit of complex carbohydrates, not to mention that she has been drinking a lot of water.
She has been working out between 3 and 5 days per week. Her workout included cardio interval training, mixed with weight training to speed up her metabolism. Her nutrition also helped her, having lots of fruit juices, and she also gave up processed food.
Samantha is known as one of the stars of the show ‘Dancing with the Stars’. In order to get back in shape she had a regular workout routine that has been accompanied by yoga and light weight workout. She started with her routines two weeks after giving birth, and according to her, the longer women wait, the more difficult it will be to get started working out.
Although she claims that she never liked waking up early in the morning, she still wakes up at 4:30 in the morning to practice yoga. According to her it only takes determination and she needs to be strict with herself. She also claims that she feels better after working out for six days and eating healthy food.
She says that her secret is that she is working out three times a week with her personal trainer. Besides this she is also practicing yoga and playing volleyball during the summer. It is also a kind of training that she is walking her dogs and it is a good thing that she really likes being outdoors.
She says that at the beginning she though that she didn’t have energy for working out, but then she found out that she didn’t have energy because she wasn’t exercising. This is why she is doing Pilates with her personal trainer in the morning. She also adds that this isn’t a daily routine, and she can cancel it if she wants to.
