		<description>Water is always good for the body. The body is about 70% water so it needs to be replenished constantly. The one thing we have to remember is, the body requires H2O. That is not energy drinks, tea, vitamin water. Non of these are water to the body. The body treats them differently than water. I&#039;ll say it again. The body needs water, H2O, at least a gallon a day for everyone. As you are working out or in hot weather or even cold weather you should drink even more.

		<description>Thanks for the informative article! I constantly hear people and know that water is great for the body, but the only problem is forcing myself lately to drink it adequately! I am very busy and sometimes I do go without water for several hours (I know that&#039;s bad). I have noticed my nails aren&#039;t as shiny and they&#039;ve been somewhat easy to break (almost brittle). My skin hasn&#039;t been the nicest and flawless as it used to! So, yes it does effect your outsides, and not just your insides!</description>
