The ‘rules’ vary from person to person, but the drive to eat only the healthiest foods can lead to sugar, salt, caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, yeast, soya, corn and dairy foods being eliminated from the diet.

    I completely agree with this post. I am a firm believer that a small bowl of chocolate ice cream after dinner or the occasional brownie is not going to detrimental to your health. It is important not to deny yourself from your favorite foods because denial often leads to binges.
