		<description>Hm, I didn&#039;t know that taking a cold shower after a workout could be potentially dangerous to your health. I guess it makes sense though. If you can&#039;t wait 15 minutes to take a shower after you workout, try splashing some water on your face. It will help cool you down if you feel like you are over heating.</description>
