		<description>I do not think it is good for your body to work out when your sick. Working out with a cold or fever will just add more stress to your body and potentially make you even more sick. Plus, you will be exposing others to your illness. I would suggest staying home, getting some rest, and loading up on vitamin C. Do this, and you will feel better in no time!</description>

		<description>I think it is important not to exercise when you&#039;re sick. I know it gets you off track, but the benefits out weight the disadvantages. I find that if I&#039;m sick and workout, I just drag on the sickness for a while.

If I take a day or two off, I recover fully and can get back to exercise.</description>
