They relieve stiffness and may also eliminate the double chin appearance in a few days.  In order to do chin exercises, keep your face and spine erect and the tilt your head clockwise and then anticlockwise for a few minutes every day.

Glycerin

Glycerin can be added to a natural face mask and applied on the face to get rid of that double chin. To make this mask, mix together one tbsp. of glycerin, 1 tsp of Epsom salt and a few drops of peppermint oil. Apply this facial mask on your face and neck using a cotton pad.
