		<description>I always try to get 9 hours of sleep or above, but with so much work, it becomes impractical. However, I did notice that I feel more refreshed with less sleep if I sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I used to sleep at 3:00am and wake up at 12:00, but now I sleep at 11:00pm and wake up at 7:00am. (and I&#039;m more productive, too!)</description>
