B6 or pyridoxine, weight loss vitamin, is important for thyroid function and metabolism. It is found in eggs, fish, dried fruits, wheat bran, beef, molasses, rice, cabbage, avocado, brown rice, oats, wheat germ, and sardines.
Choline, which belongs to B complex group, is needed for efficient fat metabolism. Deficiency of choline leads to fats deposited in the liver. Choline is found in wheat germ, cauliflower, peanuts, lecithin, egg yolks, and cucumber.
Inositol, which belongs to vitamin B complex, is manufactured inside the body and combines with choline to assist in fat metabolism. Inositol is found in soy, eggs, lecithin, wheat germ, whole grains, nuts, and citrus fruits.
Vitamin C is helpful in converting glucose to energy and it has many health benefits. It is the best weight loss vitamin which helps in controlling weight. It is found in oranges, lemon, strawberries, broccoli, cabbage, kiwi, and Brussels sprouts.

All things considered, my blood type O-Pos and my body type is Endomorph. I exercise some and eat ok, not great.
My question is this…What are the best vitamins/minerals I should be taking. I’m constantly reading conflicting info and just want to know is a multi-vitamin/mineral good enough. Is there a best kind? Should I be taking more of some and less of others?
