It gives her the opportunity to meditate and to reflect on the things that are truly important for her. Naturally yoga is also good for maintaining agility and for core strength.
Although people don’t really think that she does something ‘normal’, she is a really big fan of yoga.
She says that she is kicking ass with the activity and she is excited about taking things even further. According to her yoga has healing powers over her.
The actress says that yoga completely changed her from a physical point of view.
She found out that she is stronger than she thought she is. From a mental point of view she learned about patience and she learned to let go. All this also changed the psychological outlook that she has too.
She says that yoga helped her with various aspects of her life. It helped with her outlook and it also changed the way that she interacts with people. She became more conscious because of yoga. Now she can focus better, she can make better decisions and now she is with her feet on earth. She can’t even imagine her life without yoga; it has become her sanctuary.
According to her yoga brought her to the part of religion that she likes: the positive parts, the parts that we all share and not the things that cause separation.
