I agree with you guys and nice of you to give some routines. Yoga really is a fun way to lose weight, be at home or yoga classes. You can also find more routines here at WINZY.COM However, for those who do not only seek to lose weight but also strive for a toned body, then nothing beats going to the gym. But if it's an issue of staying at home, then there's always the answer of using home gym equipment. You don't have to spend a small fortune on gym like the total gym. I personally use VigorFit because it offers so much; it can totally duplicate and replace the functions of the equipment at the gym, pilates and yoga. I totally recommend that if you love Yoga and Pilates that you look into adding resistance training into your routine as well.

and I have yet to see some effects in terms of getting toned and weight loss. I have been doing it about three times a week for a little over a month. I was wondering if you could tell me when it begins to become visible. I usually am sore the next day, yet I don’t see the benefits. Thanks for the helpful post.
