  • In the starting position of this neck exercise you have to keep your head straight without bending.
  • Now start moving it slowly from one side to another side.
  • While performing this don’t force your head to touch the shoulder.
  • You have to do this exercise daily for three times with minimum 5 to 10 repetitions each time.

Rotating head from one side to another side:

  • In this neck exercise, you have to turn your head slowly as far as you can and hold in this position for some time.
  • Then return slowly to the original position and practice this similarly on the other side.
  • You must practice this exercise daily for three times with minimum 5 to 10 repetitions each time.

Side resistance:

  • To perform this head exercise, you have to hold your hand against one side of your neck and use it to resist the pressure made by you to touch the shoulder with your ear.
  • You have to hold in this position for 10 counts. Now change the hand and side of the neck and repeat the same practice.
  • You must do this exercise daily for 3 times with minimum 5 to 10 repetitions each time.

Forward hand resistance:

  • In this exercise, you have to hold both your hands against your forehead.
  • Now move your head forward and try to resist the movement with your both hands.
  • Stay in that position for 10 counts and then relax.
  • Perform this neck exercise daily for 3 times with minimum 5 to 10 repetitions each time.

Backward hand resistance:

  • Place both your hands on the backside of your hand and resist the movement that you are trying to move your head towards back.
  • Stay in that position for 10 counts and relax.
  • You must practice this exercise daily for 3 times with minimum 5 to 10 repetitions each time.
