Just Ten Minutes A Day For A Toned And Tight Derriere

Now, women the world over can get those tight and toned derrieres in just 10 minutes a day, even while watching television or doing light housework.

Squats are great exercises for a toned derriere, and also for tight core muscles and thighs.

Stand with feet about two inches apart, keeping the back straight and the stomach in. Bend the knees, still keeping the back straight, until the thighs are parallel to the floor.Toned Derriere

Slowly stand back up, careful to keep the back straight for balance. Do two sets of 10 squats per day for the first two weeks, then work up to fifteen to twenty squats per set.

One can also stand with feet at shoulder width, back straight and stomach in. Bend the knees until thighs are parallel to the floor, then stand back up and hold in the derriere and stomach muscles while counting to ten.

Butt squeezes are also great exercises for a toned derriere, and these can be done anywhere and at any time, either standing or sitting down.

All one has to do is to squeeze the derriere muscles and hold for at least 15 seconds, gradually working up to one minute per squeeze, for a total of 5 minutes per day.

Combining these two exercises throughout the day can get that derriere toned and tight. Just remember to persist and be consistent in doing the exercises.
