Use a High Intensity Workout
If you are looking to get in the best shape possible and show off or to just look your best at the beach this season you might want to try doing a high intensity workout 2 or 3 days a week.
This will help you burn off the extra weight in short sessions but effectively.
You do not want to keep going on the high intensity routine all the time; as that tends to get boring after a while.
Alternate High Intensity with Aerobic
When you use both a high intensity and an aerobic workout, you will get results faster and this routine will be safer in the longrun.
It will also keep things interesting. The high intensity workout burns fat while the aerobic tones up the out-of-shape areas. This is a fast way to look like a knockout at the beach!
Make Changes in Your High Intensity Routine
If you are getting tired with the routine that you are doing, make some changes. You might want to add some new dance steps or change up the order of the workout machines that you are using.
